Guangzhou Boyao Technology Co., Ltd., operating the My Building List brand, provides sourcing, procurement coordination, quality inspection coordination, sample management, export documentation assistance and logistics coordination for building materials sourced from manufacturers in China.
2. Scope
Our services cover project-based building materials and renovation materials. Product availability, minimum order quantity, lead time and destination delivery options depend on the specific category and supplier.
3. Pricing & Payment
All pricing shown or provided through our platform is indicative until formally confirmed in a quotation. Final pricing may vary by specification, quantity, currency, incoterms, freight, insurance, duties, taxes and destination charges. Payment terms are confirmed per engagement.
4. Compliance Responsibility
We assist in collecting supplier documentation, certificates, test reports and export files. Product compliance with destination-market standards, building codes, local authority requirements and installation rules remains the responsibility of the project owner, specifier, builder and installer.
5. Limitation of Liability
We provide sourcing and coordination services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a service engagement is limited to the service fees paid for that engagement.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is the intellectual property of Guangzhou Boyao Technology Co., Ltd. or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Governing Terms
Specific commercial terms, governing law and dispute-resolution arrangements should be confirmed in the signed quotation, purchase order, service agreement or other written engagement documents for the project.
